The subscription question
Zim: from 1 Jan 2026, payments to non-resident digital providers carry a 15% Digital Services Withholding Tax, withheld by your bank or mobile-money operator, plus 2% IMTT on the transfer. SA: 15% VAT on imported services; card rails are in USD. Verify current rates against your provider before you rely on this.
